Deposits

$85

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Cancellations & reschedules

$85

Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in a fee equal to your deposit. This is non-refundable and final. To rebook or make a new appointment, a new deposit will be required.

As a sole trader in a private studio, late cancellations can be very detrimental to my business and income. Your appointment time has been saved just for you, and it’s often difficult to fill that time at short notice. That said, I understand that life happens. If you or a family member experiences an emergency, this fee may be waived at my discretion. In this event, please reach out, and we’ll work something out together.

No shows

$85

If you confirm your appointment and don’t show up without notice, an additional 50% no-show fee will apply. Your 25% deposit will go toward this, and the remaining balance must be paid before you can book again. No-shows result in lost time, income, and materials that were prepared specifically for you. I understand unforeseen situations may occur, so again, please reach out if something happens.

Age requirements

You must be 18 or older for any cosmetic tattooing.
For all other brow and lash services, the minimum age is 16.
Younger clients may be seen with parental consent and a parent or guardian present for the first visit.

Respect

You must be respectful of me, my identity, and my space, and I will always treat you with the same kindness and care in return.

Consent & comfort

These are personal appearance services involving close physical contact. I will do everything I can to make sure you feel safe and comfortable, and check in with you throughout the treatment. If you ever feel uncomfortable with a touch, position, or process, you are encouraged to speak up, and you will be listened to and respected without question.

Confidentiality

All client notes, records, and anything discussed during your treatment or in communication with me will be kept strictly confidential.

Content & marketing

Photos may be taken to track your progress and add to your client file. In your consent form, you’ll have the option to let me know if you're comfortable with these being used for marketing or social media. If you decline, your images will remain secure and private in my system and will never be shared.

Results & expectations

I put everything I have into ensuring you’re happy with your results. This includes thorough consultations and collaboration every step of the way. That said, results can vary depending on individual skin types, healing, and other factors. Especially with cosmetic tattooing, long-term results may shift over time, which is why refresh appointments are offered and encouraged.

Complaints procedure

I take great pride in creating the best experience possible, but I’m human, and sometimes things can go wrong. If something doesn’t feel right, the best and easiest way to resolve it is to contact me directly via the contact form, email, or phone. I’ll do everything I can to make things right. Your satisfaction, safety, and trust are incredibly important to me.
